Below we list some of the larger projects we were part of in different capacities.
Current projects include three indoor snow facilities, where as as an executive advisor we provide guidance in the pre-development process. Assisting our clients with lessons learned, design support, operational advice, and the most current technology to ensure productivity and sustainability.
We provide these services direct to the developer, or in some cases as a sub-contractor to a lead consultant

Illuminarium Experiences
Illuminarium Experiences provides an immersive journey to places where most would like to visit but might be out of reach. The experience is brought to life through a blend of 4K laser projection providing guests a connected and shared entertainment journey.
Its complex and award winning audio solution creates a unique and precise sound experience for each individual, while in-floor haptics produce realistic sensations during the journey on safari, in space or a visit to winter wonderland. During day hours many families enjoin the experience, while at night the 21+ admission provides and additional layer of story telling through the means of the food & beverage offering. The space can also be transformed into a unique event location, welcoming e-gaming, superbowl parties and corporate events
50th Anniversary event
Labor Day weekend 1969, just two weeks after Woodstock, Lewisville was the location of one of the largest music events Texas had ever seen. The Texas International Pop Festival featured such performers as Led Zeppelin, Janis Joplin, Santana, Sly & the Family Stone, Canned Heat, Chicago Transit Authority, and more.
The Event was held over the 2019 Labor Day weekend and offered two days of music, on the golf course at Lake Lewisville, Over the two days the total attendance of the 2019 50th Anniversary of the Texas International Pop Festival was 10,128.
Ski Egypt, Cairo
This fantastic evolution of indoor snow attractions opened in March 2017 as the anchor to Mall of Egypt, owned by Majid Al Futtaim. Although smaller than its big sister in Dubai, Ski Egypt is perfectly aligned to offer the many residents of Cairo a true winter experience. complete with entertainment, hourly activation, loads of activities and since July 2018, live penguins this attractions sets the bar high for the industry, through its beautiful story, fantastic theming and guest focused design.
Wahooo Waterpark Bahrain
The first and only indoor waterpark in the Middle East, located on top of the 4 story parking structure of Bahrain City Center, a mega mall owned by Majid Al Futtaim and located in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This 170 thousand square foot indoor waterpark brings a year round tropical swim paradise to a truly unique location. Home to a full barrel flowrider, water roller coasters and many more slides and rides, guest love the accessibility and unique amenities.
Disney's Frozen at Ski Dubai
During the Christmas period of 2014 Disney and Ski Dubai collaborated on a three month event where the snowplay area of Ski Dubai was transformed to tell the tale of Anna, Elsa, Olaf and Christof. An activation, that included sing-a-longs, rides inspired by Arendale and and complete immersion of every guest in this fantastic Disney story.
Supplemented by a massive pop-up souvenir & Christmas market the impact of the event created a boost in the performance departments of the business.
Ski Dubai, UAE
World famous thanks to its size and location, Ski Dubai brings the true winter experience to the Middle East. With an annual attendance of a million guest split between the extensive snowplay area and skislopes, Ski Dubai is one of Dubai's flagship attractions. As part of the magnificent Mall of the Emirates, owned by Majid Al Futtaim, this indoor snow attraction lets guests experience the cold, roll down the slopes in a zorbbal, fly down ziplines and even meet a real life penguin and learn about their habitat and how we can help them in the wild.
Magic Planet FEC & Bowling
As part of the Bahrain City Center Mall, these two businesses provide fun & entertainment to all visitors. with 6 separate rides, an extensive number of redemption games ( both manned and unmanned) and a great selection of video games this Magic Planet was consistently in the top 5 of revenue producers within the portfolio, while being located in a location with considerably lower GDP than its sibling branches.
Magic Planet bowling ( later re-branded to Yalla Bowling) is home to 12 high end lanes and is located approximately 500 feet away in the mall itself.
Holland Experience in 3D
An attraction ahead of its time, this 3D theatre allowed tourists to see all of Holland in just 30 minutes. With 3D movies, a moving theater platform, wind, water and smell effects Holland Experience triggered all senses while its guests "traveled through Holland" The attraction was developed by Henri Remmers and was in operation until 2004 in downtown Amsterdam.

SnowWorld Netherlands owns and operates six large indoor snow attractions located in The Kingdom Of The Netherlands & Germany. Three of the facilities are some of the longest operating indoor snow attractions in the world and for almost 8 years SnowWorld Landgraaf had the title of largest indoor snow attraction in the World. With onsite retail, entertainment, F&B and Hotels SnowWorld has been a leader in the indoor snow industry for many years.
SnowWorld Netherlands is the only publicly traded indoor snow operator and is expanding beyond the Dutch borders.
